Remote workers can rejoice as new coworking space Meadow is set to open in London by hospitality and lifestyle brand Mason & Fifth.

This workspace is aimed at creatives and makers who are “looking to take their craft to the next level.

Previously, the brand has focused on the flexible accommodation business, with this being its first foray into the world. However, it’s coming at a good time as post-pandemic times have led to more remote workers.

Meadow will include hot-desk style workbenches which are bookable for a day, week, or month. Then, for those looking for a little more, there will be ‘workshops’ which offer space for a team to work together.

For those opting for the hot-desk style, this will include a spot at a large wooden workbench which features ample plug sockets.

There will also be quiet spaces to work from too including phone booths and a free-to-use bookable meeting room, breakout areas, and even a large gallery space which could be used for events or exhibitions.

Features wise, people will have access to printing facilities, free locker space, bike storage, and a post room which is available on request. According to a press release, there will be a free lunch offered for all members once a week as well as daily bean-to-cup coffee, teas, fruit and snacks.

Mason & Fifth Founder Ben Prevezer said, “We are proud to offer local communities in London a dedicated space to create, work and connect within the Westbourne Park neighbourhood.  With a lack of maker spaces like these across our city, we hope to have created a haven for ideas to flourish – that’s why we’ve called it Meadow.”

Meadow by Mason & Fifth will be located in the brand’s newest neighbourhood guest house, Westbourne Park, which is set to open in June.
